For Purchases, Warranties, Pick Ups & Deliveries:

Payment Terms & Conditions:
1)  Please be sure of the items you are purchasing as there are NO REFUNDS or exchanges.
2)  We accept cash, eftpos, credit card - mastercard & visa, direct deposit/transfer (just ask us for our bank account details), and card payments can also be arranged over the phone.
3)  Credit card, pay waive, phone pay & smart watch payments incur a 1% transaction fee on top of the purchase price.  Over the phone payments can only be processed by pressing "credit" on our machine, so a 1% surcharge applies to this also.
4)  Sorry but if you or your dependents break or damage anything in the shop then you are liable to pay for the item/s in full.

5)  All prices include GST.
 
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
1) Whitegoods, appliances and electricals come with a 3 month warranty from date of purchase providing they are transported from the shop upright or by professional removalists otherwise warranty is void.  If such an item ceased to work properly within this time period we will either pay for the cost of repair or refund the purchase in full including any delivery fee paid to us for the item.  If the damage or repair is due to ill use or negligence of any kind then we are not liable to pay for any such repair or refund.
2) We offer no warranty on any furnishing, home decor item or anything else we sell in the shop apart from the above.

Collection Terms & Conditions:
1)  You must provide your own muscle when collecting your items - our staff cannot lift furniture or help you lift furniture.  Alternatively, let us arrange professional delivery for you. Please ask for a quote.
2)  All items are due for collection within 1 week of purchase.  There are no exceptions, as we physically do not have space to store items.  Therefore please do not buy anything unless you can collect within 1 week.
3)  If you advise us you will be collecting past the collection due date then please note a late collection storage fee of $50 applies for the first day and $10 extra per day after that past it's collection due date.   
4)  If your collection due date has passed and we have not heard from you then your item/s will be immediately made available for sale again.  Any money you have paid will be refunded back to you, minus a cancellation fee of 30% of the full purchase price.
5)  Should a purchase be cancelled during the collection due period, the money already paid for the item/s will be refunded back to you, minus a cancellation fee of 30% of the full purchase price.
6)  Sorry but if you break or damage anything in the shop while moving/carrying out your items then you are liable to pay for it in full.
 
Delivery Terms & Conditions:
*  We use professional third party furniture freighters for all our delivery requirements.  Delivery quotes are based on type and weight of item/s that need to be transported, delivery location and accessibility, property and/or room accessibility and whether anything needs to be moved out to way first.  Please ask us for a quote by calling us or clicking on the "Delivery" menu tab on our website.

*  At the time of quoting we will ask you all of the above questions in order to give you an accurate price.  If incorrect or incomplete information is supplied we may have to charge you extra at the time of delivery.

*  Delivery services must be paid for upfront before any delivery bookings are made.

*  The delivery staff will refuse delivery where it is deemed to put them at risk of injury or if insufficient information has been provided to them.

*  If delivery fails due to receiver not being home during agreed delivery time frame, not answering phone number provided, or access is too difficult or unsafe, the full delivery fee will be charged and item returned to pickup point.  Any re-delivery will be charged at full delivery rate.
* A definite time for delivery on the day can never be given (as this depends on the other delivery jobs the driver has to do that day also).  However the driver will always call you at a time prior to give a better time frame and/or on approach on the day of delivery.  If you are not home as agreed to receive the item/s and the item/s cannot be left outside the driver will bring the item/s back to the shop and you will have to pay another delivery fee and possible storage fee in our shop.
