Please include in your email:
* Photos of pieces
* Brief description (measurements not required)
* Details of any noticeable wear & tear or damage that pics aren't showing
* Contact phone number
* Suburb of item location
* Access details to property (ie. ground/3rd floor, steps/lift, steep/gravel driveway, etc)
* When items are ready for collection
* If you need items out by a certain date
If you have a whole house lot then you can just send us a picture or two of each room instead.
If your property is being advertised online (ie. for sale or as a holiday home) then you can also just email us the link to your property.
If you are unable to email photos or an online link:
* Ask a friend/family member to do for you, or
* Print your photos and bring in/post with the above written information
All inquiries are responded to by reply email within a few business hours. If you haven’t heard from us within 24
hours please check your email was received, as we do respond to ALL emails. In
our response we will either arrange an appointment, advise that we cannot help, ask for more information, or provide a quote based on your information already.
