Please include in your email:

* Photos of pieces

* Brief description 

* Close up pics of any noticeable wear & tear or damage that main pics aren't showing (if applicable)

* Photos of serial no's for any whitegoods & TV's, or receipt of purchase

* Contact phone number

* Suburb of item location

* Access details to property (ie. ground/3rd floor, steps/lift, steep/gravel driveway, etc)

* Date items are ready for collection

* Date items need to be collected by

Please note that without all the above points being answered we do not have all the info we need to swiftly respond to your query.

(Note: we only consider whitegoods and beds up to 5 years old).

If you have a whole house lot then you can just initially email us a picture or two of each room instead, with the requested above info.

If your property is being advertised online (ie. for sale or as a holiday home) then you can also just initially email us the link to your property, with the requested above info.

If you are unable to email photos or an online link:

* Ask a friend/family member to do for you, or

* Print your photos and bring in/post with the above requested info writing
